2. DATA WE COLLECT

a) Data sent through the "Report a bug" form: email address, game version, platform, problem category, description of what happened and steps to reproduce it. The email field is mandatory because it is needed to reply to the report. The other fields are optional. b) Browsing data: IP address, date and time of access, pages visited, browser type and operating system. This data is recorded automatically in the hosting server logs.

3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES

a) Replying to reports and resolving the reported problems: legal basis is the performance of a request made by the user (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). b) Website security and prevention of abuse: legal basis is the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. RETENTION

Reports are kept for 12 months after the problem is closed, after which they are deleted from the controller's mailbox. Server logs are kept for 30 days.

5. Who we share data with

Data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be processed by service providers that help us run the website and email, such as Webstudio (building and publishing the website) and Cloudflare (website hosting and domain management), which act as data processors. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law. Some providers are based in the United States, so personal data may be transferred outside the European Union. These transfers are protected by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

6. Cookies

This website does not install cookies. For this reason, there is no consent banner.

7. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability at any time. To exercise these rights, write to business@zyrcongames.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

8. MINORS

This website does not knowingly collect data from children under 14. If you believe a minor has sent us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. EXTERNAL LINKS

This website contains links to social networks (X, TikTok, Instagram) and to the Google Play store. These services are governed by their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

10. CHANGES

We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last updated date.
